The strategic goal of the Property division is to supply innovative and professional answers to the needs of clients establishments and corporations to the expected accelerated development in this field.

The company’s staff has the expertise to provide full architectural design services, from concept design stage to construction supervision. Our design skills also include interior design, master planning, landscape design and other design services.

BRIEF BACKGROUND

Kunstel & Kikel was founded in 2013, but its history began over a decade back when Ana Kunsteli, a young director had started to study architecture, and had successfully laid the foundations of her future career. Focused on building Iona term professional relationships even before, the two members of leadership team had been socialising with Ana for more than 15 years, which indicates the company is built on trust within the highly-experienced team.

The pre-founding of Kunstel Kikel was the conclusion of a learning process, during which the team has acquired thorough first-hand understanding of the entire architectural development and financial management process. This solid basis in the practicalities of creating a new development is reflected in our work until this day in newly established company.

For over 10 years, the members separately has dealt successfully with all aspects of new construction, from planning and site usability, to project concept, architectural design and building management by collaborating with other companies. Today, newly joined members af Kunstel & Kikel are responsible for the concept, design and implementation, which take into account all the factors involved in realizing a new project with the capability to be engaged in any size of projects all across the world.
